Cranachan (Cran-ach-in)

Cranachan is a traditional Scottish dessert, made with cream, oats, fruit and whisky. Traditionally it would have contained Scottish raspberries and be consumed at harvest time but now it is served at special occassions throughout the year. With its Scotch whisky and luxurious cream base, it tastes particularly good in front of a real fire on a cold night.

Our decadent Cranachan soap includes a drop of real Scotch Whisky! Like the dessert, the soap has is made with Scottish oats and features red clay for a deep cleanse. The scent is evocative of the zesty tang of oranges, thick cream, and a dram of Scotch in front of an open fire.

As with all our soaps, these naturally luxurious, cold-process soaps are handmade in small batches, with skin-loving oils and ultra-moisturising Shea Butter. They are scented only with plants, and coloured only by plants and the earth.
