Our average turnaround times are 3-5 working days. We use 1st class post so the total shipping time for your order is our turnaround time plus the time in transit. We do not ship on the weekends or during holidays. Please note, shipping does not guarantee any specific time and can take up to 10 days. Any major holidays will not be included in transit times.

Placing orders: Feel free to use our online shopping cart, located throughout the site. We also have a Facebook page @gralifestyle and Instagram account @gralifestyle you can use to follow us, place orders and find out about our latest offers and disounts.

Minimum Orders: We do not have a minimum order amount and you are welcome to order as little, or as much, as you want. Postage and packaging is charged in 1kg increments (up to 2kg). Add items up to these amounts and save on P&P.

Out of order items: We aim to keep all of our products in stock but we do occasionally run out of items.  If an item goes out of stock, we will inform you by email and you can swap the item for something else of the same value or remove it from your order. If your order is being shipped internationally, we will delete the item off your order, refund the difference and ship the rest.


We have put a lot of thought into the packaging for our products to achieve a balance between function, form and sustainability. We take a biodegradable first approach, and where we can’t do that, we use containers that can be reused.

We are always trying to improve, and are committed to doing the best we can to respect and protect the planet.

  • We use recycled paper and tissue paper
  • Natural Kraft card for our product boxes
  • Biodegradeable plant-based cellophane film bags, wrappers and circle stickers
  • Labels made from recycled paper
  • Where we can’t use biodegradable packaging, we use glass bottles, which we think you might like to re-use, or which can be recycled indefinitely
  • Biodgradeable cork
  • Raffia, paper filler and wood wool from sustainable sources

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be entirely happy with your order but we realise sometimes things go wrong.

Please check your order after receiving it and if there is anything missing, please email us right away. Have your order number ready and the items missing.


We welcome returns within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For health and safety reasons, our bath and body products are non-returnable items. These include:

  • Soaps
  • Bath Salts
  • Bath Truffles

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at and send your item to the address below.

Please allow us 10 business days to process your return.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
